Frequently asked questions (FAQ):


  • When I use the "Add Item" button the shopping cart does not display any items.
  • This is our most common problem, in the majority of cases customers have blocked all cookies. We use only first party cookies, so enabling "first party cookies" will usually solve this problem.

    It is a good practice to clear your web cache or temporary files. This may also alleviate this problem.

  • I keep getting an error when submitting my my order or my order is declined.
  • The process of checking your credit card for sufficient funds is done automatically. If you recieve a declined error but know that your have sufficient funds you may have entered your billing address incorrectly. Biling addresses and zip codes MUST match for your order to be successful.

    Please be aware that we need the error codes/messages you recieved in order to help solve your problem. Please be sure to provide these codes/messages in any emails related to this problem.

  • Do you sell inserts for your products?
  • We sell refills for our Journals, Organizers and Albums. They can be found on our refills page.

  • Where can I find a store in my area?
  • You can search for a store by zip code on our home page

  • Do you still make a women's wallet or clutch?
  • Sorry, these products are no longer available.

  • Do you make anything larger than the Extra Large Journal or Portfolio?
  • The 9x12 inch format on these items is the largest size we offer

  • Where are Oberon products made?
  • All Oberon products are made in our studios in Santa Rosa, California, USA.

  • Can I get a custom image or product?
  • In order for us to do work of this kind we require 50 to 100 piece minimums, depending. We do not offer custom work on accessory items such as card holders or checkbooks. Please email sales@oberondesign.com for details.

  • Can I get a Journal or Organizer without a button or a different button?
  • We're sorry, but we can not leave the button off or switch one button for another.

  • I saw a product or image at a Fair and can not seem to find it on your web site.
  • These items, archive images and specialty period costume products are only offered at fairs. Please see our events calendar for locations and dates of the fairs and festivals we attend.

  • What are your return policies?
  • We accept returns on manufacturer defects only, please see our shopping at Oberon page for more details and our color disclaimer.
