Leather Disclaimer: Leather is a natural material not meant to reflect a perfect surface. You should expect to see evidence of the life of the animal!
We do not consider any of these conditions defective: Click for photo examples!
- Small scars or scratches in the leather.
- Light streaks or spots where the dye color didn’t completely saturate wrinkles on the hide.
- Slight inconsistencies of light or black areas where the image was burned into the leather.
- Slight variations in dye lots of leather and fabric are typical.
- Your cover or bag may not match what you see on your computer monitor.
Special Note: Returns on Kindle & Nook Devices
We bench craft your cover just for you.We don’t hold inventory and only make your cover when you order, in your color and image choice. Because of this we ask that you choose carefully to avoid mistakes, especially when ordering a cover for a technical device. If you’re unsure what model eReader or iPad you have please watch one of our handy I.D. videos. Identifying your device is confusing but essential. Incorrect orders will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.

How to Request a Return
All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please call us toll free at: 866-462-3766 to discuss your return. If your return is authorized, you’ll be assigned an R/A number and be asked to complete a Return Authorization sheet so that we can process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is your mean Aunt Marge speaking, “Orders returned without the R/A sheet or an uncompleted sheet will languish indefinitely until one of us has time to contact you!”
You must contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your Oberon product to discuss a return. When the return is authorized you must respond to the authorization within 2 weeks. Thank you!
To discuss returning an item and receive authorization information, please contact us at Oberon. All items returned without approval and return authorization sheet will be refused and returned to sender. Again, thanks for choosing carefully!
