1. All Participants acknowledge and accept that by uploading Content:
(a) Oberon Design may publish the Content on the Website;
(b) Oberon Design may use/publish the Content for marketing purposes;
2. Content submitted by Participants may or may not be displayed on the Website in the sole and absolute discretion of Oberon Design. Oberon Design shall have absolutely no obligation to give feedback or reasoning for why Content is not uploaded onto the Website.
4. Oberon Design shall have the sole right to reject or remove Content from the Website at any time.
5. Participants confirm that they own the copyright to any Content that they submit.
