I love the imagery, but really love the leather on this Notebook. I have the journal size in a Celtic pattern and find it a bit bulky (thick) for my taste while the thinner Composition Notebook is just perfect! The leather work is truly stunning and the practicality of this size is wonderful. The pen loop is a bit small for fountain pens, but fits the Parker Sonnet well. I am so pleased I took the leap to purchase this Notebook, I know I will enjoy it for many years.

Impressive

After much thought, this is the perfect journal. If anything, it does help me focus more and gravitate to journaling daily. The product itself is good leather feels good in the hands and I can’t wait to see it break in and fully become my own.

This refillable composition notebook cover is by far the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen, but it’s not intimidating because its pages are replaceable. I haven’t ruined it by writing in it! Obstacle overcome. Thank you, Oberon Design. I am utterly delighted with this glorious item. The beauty and quality are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The Flammarion Engraving is a magnificent choice for inspiring curiosity, as well. 10/10!!!

I love my composition book cover!

The design print is beautiful and the quality of the craftsmanship (craftswomanship ?) is excellent! I love the Roof of Heaven design for both the sun and moon with landscape, but especially the back side with the man crawling through the ethers out of the “illusion”. On of my favorite images associated with Alchemy and mysticism :) The description of this composition notebook cover said that it also fits a moleskin xl “cashier” size book. I ordered one with 192 pages, but found that with the moleskin pocket folder on the back cover, I had to really work to get it all the way in place, but pleased I pulled it off! With a little more use and stretching of the leather, I’m sure it will get easier:) So love this cover!

Christmas presence for my friends

We wanted to give them something very special that we knew they’d USE (We believe in practical gifts) ;-). My friend Elyn loves turquoise blue and is deeply spiritual and I chose the Heavenly leather Composition notebook in that beautiful blue color. I know she will cherish it. This is a “forever gift,” one that keeps on giving and she is alway carrying a notebook out in the field (she has a PhD from Princeton in Anthropology, so we know on her explorations and adventures, her gorgeous leather composition notebook will follow her around the world. And I’m SURE that where ever she goes with it? People will ooohhhh and ahhhhhh over it. They are so beautifully made with love. We’ll always be buying more gifts for family and friends in the future from Oberon. They are wonderful hearted people. Thank you for making the world a happier place with your talents and skills.

Serenely, supremely beautiful

I wish I could have ALL the Oberon Designs, but alas, I cannot. It took me a long time to decide, but I'm so glad I chose Roof of Heaven. It's gorgeously made and the leather is so supple. The blue is divine!
