The prototype satchel is great because it is wide enough to be able to look in and find everything. I like purses that have shoulder straps on the ends, not in the middle, but the handbag straps were easy to remove. I'm 5'2" and the adjustable shoulder strap was too long, but my husband removed the rivet, cut a new hole for adjustment, cut the end of the shoulder strap, and replaced the rivet with a new one. I am very pleased with the outcome. A big improvement (hence the 4 stars) would be to have an interior zip pocket.
